Publishing your profile, appearing in search results and receiving client requests is completely free. We take no commission on your jobs and never ask for a credit card.

Cuenca Connect is not involved in payments: the client contacts you, and you agree on the price and payment method directly — cash, bank transfer, whatever works for you. The money you earn is 100% yours.

How it works

From sign-up to your first client, in four steps

  1. Create your profile

    Tell us what you do, which neighborhood you work in and what you charge. All you need is a photo of yourself and your WhatsApp number. It takes about 10 minutes.

  2. Verify your identity

    Upload your ID or another document. Our team reviews it within 24-48 hours to protect the community — verified profiles earn more trust and receive more bookings.

  3. Receive requests

    When a client wants to hire you, you receive a booking request with the service details, the date and their WhatsApp number. You decide whether to accept.

  4. Coordinate directly with the client

    Once the booking is confirmed, you talk on WhatsApp: agree on the final price, the location and how you'll get paid. Afterwards, the client can leave you a review that strengthens your profile.

The money goes straight to you

There are no in-app payments on Cuenca Connect. The platform brings you the client; you close the deal the way you always have.

Is it really free?
Yes. Creating your profile, appearing in search and receiving bookings costs nothing, and we take no commission on your jobs. Paid plans exist only for those who want extra visibility.
How do clients pay me?
Directly to you, outside the app. You agree on the price and payment method over WhatsApp or in person, just like with any of your clients.
What do I need to sign up?
A real photo of yourself, your WhatsApp number, a short description of your experience, and your ID (or another document) for verification.
What if I no longer want to offer services?
You can pause your profile from your dashboard anytime: you disappear from search without losing your reviews or history, and you can reactivate whenever you like.
