Every provider on Cuenca Connect goes through our verification process before their profile goes live.

Identity verification
Providers submit their cédula or government ID for identity confirmation.

Profile approval
Once verified, the provider's profile goes live and becomes visible to clients.
How payments work
Subscription payments are made via bank transfer. Once we confirm your payment, your plan is activated within 24 hours.
