How we protect clients

Every provider you see went through a real review before appearing on the platform.

Identity-verified providers

Providers must submit identity documents and a real face photo, reviewed one by one by our team before their profile is published. No anonymous listings.

Reviews from real jobs

Ratings and reviews can only be written after a booking is actually completed — they can't be faked, bought, or posted by someone who never hired the provider.

Your contact info stays private

Your WhatsApp number is never public. It's only shared with a provider once they confirm your booking — and theirs is only shared with you at the same moment.

Full transparency

Every cancellation shows who cancelled, when, and why. Requests a provider never answers are cancelled automatically within 48 hours, so you're never left waiting.

How we protect providers

You decide who you work with — and you have the information to decide well.

Verified clients

Clients can verify their identity with a document and a face photo, reviewed by our team. You see a "Verified client" badge and their photo on every request before you accept.

Client ratings

After each completed job you can rate the client — punctuality, payment, attitude. Other providers see that rating when the same client books them.

No dead requests

Pending requests expire automatically, and cancellations always include a reason, so your schedule and your response rate reflect reality.

A team that responds

Any problem — a no-show, a dispute, a wrong number — can be reported from the booking itself. Our support team reads and answers every message.

Your documents are safe

Identity documents are used only to confirm who you are. They are reviewed by our team and are never shown to providers, clients, or anyone else. If your account is deleted, your documents are deleted too.
